Information For Clients

- If you are applying for a project or have made changes to one already agreed you will need to submit a compliance tool.

- On completion of projects a completion certificate must be completed and signed and sent to Salix at: SEELS, Salix Finance, 25 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A 1AL.

- Salix will then issue a conditional grant agreement for the authorised officer to sign and return to Salix at: SEELS, Salix Finance, 25 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A 1AL.

- On receipt of completed documentation the conditional grant funding will be paid by BACS.

- If you have requested interim/stage payments and this has been authorised then an interim payment certificate must be completed and returned to Salix in line with the agreed procedure.

- In the event a saving is made or likely to be made the grants are repayable to the Treasury. DECC will act on their behalf, either arranging an adjustment in your capital DEL or sending an invoice for a cash payment in lieu. Repayments take place on a six monthly basis over 4 years, commencing in March 2011.
