We are pleased to announce that the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) 2020-21 is now open for applications.
The annual bidding round run by the Department for Education (DfE) is available for Academies which do not belong to large Multi-Academy Trusts (5+ academies or 3,000+ pupils) and Sixth-Form Colleges.
The priority for CIF is to address significant condition need, keeping academy and sixth-form colleges buildings safe and in good working order. If your project includes energy efficiency works you can apply for an interest free energy efficiency Salix loan for all or part of the project funding.
More information about applying for a Salix loan as part of your CIF application can be found here.
