A completed project compliance tool is required for each funding application made through Salix. This tool allows clients to check that their project applications meet the compliancy criteria required for the respective loan programme.
Applications that include multiple technologies only require one compliance tool.
For projects over £100,000, clients will need to complete a business case which can be found embedded within in each of the Compliance Tools below:
Salix Compliance Tool and Business Case
The compliance tool and business case is to be used for any single, standalone projects. It can also be used for applications that include multiple technologies, each of which can be listed in the one tool (for example, LED lighting, lighting controls, boiler upgrades and insulation).
Street Lighting Compliance Tool and Business Case
This tool is to be used for any street lighting project in England, including parishes, multiple-year programmes, and those with Central Management Systems (CMS.)
Salix CHP Business Case Template
This tool is to be used for single Combined Heat & Power (CHP) projects as well as applications involving multiple technologies which include CHP.
Interim payment certificate and completion certificate
On this page, you can also find documents which are required when a project completes or if you wish to request an interim payment.
If you wish to request an interim or stage payment, you will need to provide an interim payment certificate. This can be downloaded below.
In order to confirm a projects final costs and detail any amendments which may have taken place throughout the project, a completion certificate is required. This can be downloaded below.
