New £46m funding from NHS Improvement

NHS Improvement have announced the exciting opportunity for NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts in England to install LED lighting across their estates by utilising £46m Public Dividend Capital (PDC) funding.

The NHS Energy Efficiency Fund will provide much needed funding to the NHS to drive down wasted energy, save money on energy bills, lower carbon emissions and reduce backlog maintenance.  The deadline for applications to be submitted is 12pm on 30th November 2018. Non-LED Projects

For NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts seeking funding for non-LED lighting projects, applications are open for Salix interest-free funding. Please email [email protected] to ask our NHS team how to apply.

Funded by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Salix have been working with Trusts and Foundation Trusts in England since 2007. Salix funding covers over 100 energy efficient technologies including boilers, combined heat and power, LED and lighting upgrades, and heat recovery.
