Salix Listed Number 21 on The Sunday Times’ Best 100 Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work For 2019!

Salix is delighted to announce being awarded number 21 on the ‘Sunday Times’ 2019 Best 100 Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work For’ list. The full list was announced last night at the Sunday Times Awards ceremony at Battersea Evolution, where Salix joined the other organisations to also be awarded a place on the list.

The award recognises the highest standard of workplace engagement and represents those not-for-profit organisations that understand the importance of workplace engagement that recognise and value their people. Workplace engagement indicates that employees feel connected to one another and to the values and vision of the organisation that they work for, with individuals playing an important role in the fulfilment of a shared purpose.

Chief Executive of Salix Finance, Annie Shepperd OBE said, ‘The staff are so committed and dedicated to our values and core purpose; we are a real team and the award demonstrates this.’

Best Companies Founder and CEO, Jonathan Austin said, “I would like to congratulate Salix Finance on their achievement being named as one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work for. Best Companies have been producing the Accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. We are proud that organisations like Salix focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that they’re a best company to work for.”
