The schemes we deliver provide funding for energy efficiency and heat decarbonisation projects for public sector buildings as well as the housing sector.
Our programmes are dedicated to reducing carbon emissions and supporting the government’s ambitious net zero targets. Our England schemes include the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme, the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, Home Upgrade Grant and the Low Carbon Skills Fund.

Housing programmes
As an established government partner, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero has selected us to act as the Delivery Agent for the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) and the Home Upgrade Grant (HUG).
Utilising our expertise in managing energy-efficient projects, we assist local authorities, housing associations, the private sector, and other social housing landlords in mitigating risks and optimising the success of their energy efficiency initiatives.
In addition to overseeing the funding schemes, we offer professional guidance, specialised knowledge, and continuous support to grant recipients at every stage of their projects. Drawing from our intelligent client function, we share valuable insights within our learning community.
