Each year, Salix hosts multiple workshops that provide the public sector with the opportunity to share knowledge and lessons learned as well as ask fellow public sector colleagues about their plans and projects.

Holyrood COP26 Fringe Festival 

On the 6th November at 13.00 Annie Sheppard OBE, CEO of Salix Finance will discuss Scotland's role as an incredibly aspiring global net-zero leader, the scope of future global challenges and how Scotland can help meet them, and be part of a global solution to promote a strong, inclusive and sustainable economic future for all.

What net zero looks like: Climate projects across the UK



Salix Finance invites anyone who is passionate about climate change and net zero, to join us on Tuesday 9th November from 18.00 onwards for an evening of climate action examples across the UK.  

At this event we will bring to life energy projects from Glasgow, Inverness, Leeds, Cardiff and more, giving you the opportunity to learn about government policy in action, technologies being used to reach net zero and funding available to public sector to reduce their carbon emissions.

Finance mobilisation for climate resilient & carbon neutral communities

We invite you on 12th November at 10.00 am to this panel discussion in collaboration with the University of Strathclyde on how public sector bodies such as Universities can take the lead in pioneering energy efficiency projects.
