Completing your project

Below is a step-by-step guide on the documentation and evidence to be gathered and sent to your Salix relationship manager upon completion of your project.

Step 1

Documents required on practical completion of the project

Below is a checklist of the documentation and evidence to be gathered and sent to your Salix relationship manager for step 1. 

Step 1 checklist

  • Completion & Confirmation of Final Value Letter

  • Evidence to support the closure of all outstanding conditions from the Grant Offer Letter and Grant Amendment Letter  

  • Revised support tool, where necessary, if costs or minor scope changes have occurred to finalise the expected carbon savings on completion 

  • Photographic evidence of installed kit. Where several units have been installed, we will accept a sample. For those technologies that are not clear to photograph. For example, loft or cavity wall 
    insulation or pipework. We can accept in-progress photographs 

  • Invoices to demonstrate grant expenditure and evidence to show the “like for like” match funding contribution was spent on the project 

  • Statement of Expenditure for all Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme works. Note: evidence should only be for Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme funded work, match funded elements should be excluded/highlighted

  • Completion certificate(s) from the contractor(s)

  • Contractor name webform  

  • Buildings & Technologies Data  

  • If the remaining work is being funded from other sources, then a letter from the  Authorising Official confirming that this funding has been allocated to the project.

Final Project Closure

Once the above documents have been provided and Salix Finance have carried out the necessary steps to review and confirm the completion of your project, you will receive the Salix Finance Post Completion Letter. This letter details the process for post completion monitoring of your project. For more information on this process, please contact your relationship manager.
