Client Support Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Salix to appoint a Client Support Officer to join the team due to the expansion of the company.

Salix is looking for a hard-working, driven individual to support and maintain excellent client relationships and prospective clients in developing applications for funding, engaging with key personnel across all levels. They will support a teamwork approach to delivering the teams annual business plans and maintain client databases to track projects.

Cash Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Salix to appoint a Cash Manager to join the Finance team due to the expansion of the company.

Salix is looking for someone who is a team player, pays close attention to detail and has the personal motivation to perform the role to the highest standards

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring daily cash management transactions, reporting cash operating activities and managing the relationship with BEIS Treasury and banks.

Data Support Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Salix to appoint a Data Support Officer to join the team due to the expansion of the company.

Salix is looking for a hard-working, driven individual to support the Business Analysts with regular reporting and management of Salix’s internal databases and systems.

Working as part of the team, the primary role of the successful candidate will be supporting our operational, technical and finance teams to help with the analysis of data and performance against the KPI’s of the funding programmes.

Technical Support Officer Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Salix to appoint a Technical Support Officer to join the team due to the expansion of the company.

We are looking for someone who has a proactive approach and is a real team player with the personal motivation to perform the role to the highest standards. The successful candidate will work alongside the technical team and have the ability to undertake full technical reviews of client applications whilst having excellent communication skills to liaise with clients as well as provide technical knowledge and experience.

You must be punctual, flexible and responsive in how you approach your work and you must be focused on delivering excellent customer service to our clients.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Salix to appoint an office administrator to join the team due to the expansion of the company.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, a team player and has the personal motivation to perform the role to the highest standards. You’re punctual, flexible and responsive in how you approach your work.

Successful candidates will have the ability to recognise key priorities whilst working effectively and be able to stay calm under pressure. They will have strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines when working under pressure. They will be able to work independently when required, with proven experience of problem solving, whilst being an active member of a close team. You will ensure the successful running of Salix by supporting the administration of the office.
