Working with a Distribution Network Operators: real-world challenges and solutions - 6 October

We’re bringing together Perth and Kinross Council and Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) to share their first-hand experience and expertise.

Perth and Kinross Council will share a real-world case study, including the challenges it faced, the solutions it explored and the lessons it learnt along the way.

Building on the council’s case study, SSEN will share the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) perspective on common challenges and the practical solutions available. Together, the speakers will offer valuable insight to help you anticipate potential issues and work more effectively with your local DNO.

Although the session will draw on experience from Scotland, the learning will be relevant to organisations delivering energy efficiency projects across the UK.

By hearing directly from a council and DNO, you’ll gain a better understanding of the challenges you may encounter and the practical steps that can help move your projects forward.

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask the speakers about their experience and the challenges and solutions explored during the session.
