Completing your project

This page provides information to help public sector bodies that have received a grant through the Phase 1 Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (Non-Section 31) and Phase 2 Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) to complete their projects. Partial completion guidance

The partial completion guidance is to be used when the PSDS projects are unable to complete their agreed scope. This would be due to either completing partial but carbon compliant projects or by incurring permitted costs that makes the project non-compliant against the schemes carbon criteria due to late cancellations.

Delayed completion guidance

The delayed completion guidance (Non-Section 31) is to be used when PSDS projects will part-complete after the grant end date of 31 March 2022.

Completion and confirmation of final value letter

Letter signed by the authorising official for the project to state the project has completed. This letter should be returned when the approved project has been completed.
