West Monmouth School in Torfaen County Borough Council used interest-free funding through the Council’s Recycling Fund to control the lighting consumption.
East Renfrewshire Council used its interest-free matched Salix Recycling Fund to install £362,100 of energy efficiency improvements in 8 local schools.
The Salix Recycling Fund is a ring-fenced fund with capital provided by Salix and matched by the partner organisation for energy-saving projects.
New Inn Primary School in Torfaen County Borough Council used interest-free funding through the Council’s Recycling Fund to control the lighting consumption.
The Scottish Funding Council requires monitoring reports to be submitted quarterly and require information such as, project timelines, any delays faced, energy and carbon savings and a project overview.
