Sample response: 

The project upgraded 220 homes to EPC-C using fabric-first measures. Early resident engagement reduced refusals by 30%, and pre‑approval with planning teams sped up delivery. Supply chain delays caused some scheduling challenges, but the project finished within budget and on target. A lessons-led approach will be used in future waves.
